| Scope: |
Develop and lead a team of
motivated people that will
execute Bestway’s programs to
meet or exceed company
standards in growth and
profitability. |

| Basic Function: |
Under the guidance of the
District Manager, set and
achieve goals by working
through your co-workers to
foster team member development,
as well as customer growth.
Create a safe and enjoyable
environment for coworkers and
customers based on adhering to
the principles of
Bestway's "Code of Ethics".
Manage store operations and
supervise store employees. |

| Responsible For: |
*** Great customer relations
utilizing communication and
service skills to ensure
customer retention and growth.
*** Direct and inspect the
daily execution of all Bestway
programs and redirect as
necessary.
*** Ensure each team member
understands and complies with
all the principles in
Bestway’s “Code of Ethics.”
*** Recruit, hire and
develop highly motivated
individuals by utilizing
Bestway’s Selection Process and
Best Foot Forward Training
Program.
*** Motivate and assist each
co-worker with daily planning
to achieve store, company and
individual goals.
*** Proactive planning,
monitoring and/or adjusting the
daily, weekly and monthly sales
and revenue objectives through
organization and follow up.
*** Meeting or exceeding
established monthly financial
budget objectives (P & L)
through revenue attainment and
expense control.
*** Safeguarding and monitoring
of the company assets through
management of inventory,
vehicles, cash control and
store facilities.
*** Complete all Bestway
Training Modules up to and
including Store Manager.
* All other tasks assigned. |

5 to 5 1/2 day work week |

| Education, Experience, Special Skills: |
*** Minimum 2-year college
education and/or prior
management experience which may
include Bestway Assistant
Management.
*** Strong organizational,
communication, and problem
solving skills.
*** Human Resource skills in a
store environment.
*** Profit and loss management.
*** Valid driver's license;
ability to pass pre-employment
background and drug screen. |
