| Scope: |
With limited supervision,
manage customer growth
through proactive selling and
collection programs. Assist in
customer satisfaction through
good communication and
listening skills. Ensure
company assets are protected.
Aid in the development of Sales
Representative. |

| Basic Function: |
Oversee the completion of daily
activities that ensure customer
growth and retention. Direct
and inspect for compliance of
sales and collection tasks.
Follow up to ensure programs
are executed properly,
professionally and expediently. |

| Responsible For: |
*** Great customer relations
utilizing communication and
service skills to ensure
customer retention.
*** Oversee and assist Sales
Representatives in sales and
collection efforts.
*** Ensure proper collection
practices are followed and
standards are met daily.
*** Develop customers' on time
payment habits through good
listening skills and problem
solving abilities.
*** Merchandise the showroom in
a visually stimulating manner
that creates hot spots and
traffic patterns to encourage
rentals.
*** Assist in merchandise
delivery, returns and service
calls.
*** Ensure that protection,
touch up and care is taken with
company merchandise and assets.
*** Ensure company vehicles are
maintained and repaired to the
highest standards. Practices
Safe driving.
*** Manage customer growth by
maintaining a customer-friendly
environment that encourages
customer retention and
referrals.
*** Develop salesmanship to
help grow our customer base.
*** Understand and be able to
teach the Bestway sales and
collection programs.
*** Help manage inventory,
perform stock balancing
reports, and assist in product
service and loaners.
*** Follow and adhere to
company "Code of Ethics".
*** All other tasks as
assigned , including performing
duties of other job
descriptions as needed. |

| Education, Experience, Special Skills: |
*** Minimum 2-year college
education and/or prior
management experience which may
include completion of the
Bestway Sales Representative
training module.
*** Enjoys working with the
public.
*** Strong organizational
skills.
*** Must be able to work
without constant supervision.
*** Strong communication and
problem solving skills.
*** Ability to deliver most
electronics and appliances
alone with the assistance of a
hand truck.
*** Valid Driver's License;
able to pass pre-employment
background and drug screen. |
