| Scope: |
Assist in store growth through
proactive sales and collection
efforts. Deliver and pick up
furniture,appliances,electronics
and computers. Commit to
working within a team to
deliver exceptional customer
service. |

| Basic Function: |
Under the guidance of an
Assistant Manager, assist in
telephone and in store sales,
take and verify rental orders,
make in-store and field
delivery of merchandise,
maintain appearance of
inventory and vehicle
readiness. This will include
collections and deliveries in
the store's trade area, while
assisting others in achieving
company goals. Involves working
with customers to help them
develop an on-time payment
pattern which should foster
growth and customer retention. |

| Responsible For: |
***Great customer relations by
utilizing communication and
service skills to ensure
customer retention.
*** Assisting where needed to
ensure proper renewal
practices are followed and
standards are met daily.
*** Assisting in development of
customers' on time payment
habits through good listening
skills and problem solving
ability.
*** In-store and field
deliveries, returns and service
calls.
*** Proper delivery,
installation & demonstration of
rental merchandise.
*** Completing delivery
checklists and verifying the
accuracy upon completion of
deliveries.
*** Ensuring that protection,
touch up and care is taken with
company assets.
*** Assisting in taking rental
orders, as well as helping
verify prior to the delivery.
*** Ensuring vehicles are
maintained and repaired to the
highest standards. Practicing
Safe driving is a must.
*** Assisting in customer
growth by maintaining a
customer-friendly environment
that encourages customer
retention and referrals.
*** Developing sales skills to
help grow our customer base.
*** Passing out flyers and
encourage referrals.
***Distributing sales materials
at least 1 hour daily.
*** Being able to explain the
rental agreement and have a
thorough understanding of how
it works.
*** Following and adhering to
company "Code of Ethics".
*** All other tasks as
assigned , including
willingness to perform duties
of other job descriptions as
needed. |

| Education, Experience, Special Skills: |
*** Minimum high school
education.
*** Enjoys working with the
public.
*** Strong organizational
skills.
*** Must be able to work
without constant supervision.
*** Strong communication and
problem solving skills.
*** Ability to deliver most
electronics and appliances
alone with the assistance of a
hand truck.
*** Valid driver's license;
ability to pass pre-employment
background and drug screen. |
